Missing "Add a Gadget" Feature

I encountered a puzzling and annoying problem with the "Add a Gadget" feature not showing up in the Layout screen of my Blogspot blog. After some head scratching time and shouting out to my dear friend (meimeizoe) for help I eventually found the solution. For anyone who faced the same problem out there, all you need to do is to clear your browser's Cache. Once this is done, refresh the browser, keep your fingers cross, do a hula dance, sprinkle some star dust and the "Add a Gadget" feature will miraculously re-appear.
