White Large Capiz Cylinder Wind Chime by Zen Wind

I am re-doing my balcony. To make it more inviting with a romantic touch and mainly to fully utilize my outdoor space. When its all done, I intend to have dinner or a drink and relax on the balcony in the evening with hubby at least once a week (with fairy lights, tea light candles and such...). It will be our little private alfresco. This Capiz wind chime with such beachy feel and gentle tinkle sound will be a good addition for that space.
"Some 70 years ago several fisher families moved from Madura to Java’s Eastern coast because of the perfusion of sea life. During stormy weather, after the nets were mended, they began making handicrafts from the discarded shells. Capiz shells, or Jingle Oysters grow like weeds in the shallow sea beds. The beautiful watery colors and sweet tinkling sound are a wonderful addition to any interior or garden.
Zen Wind believes in traditions of craftsmanship, simplicity, harmony, and the use of natural elements. As a member of the Fair Trade Federation they respect the local artisans’ lifestyles, traditions, and environment, working with villages to educate in conservation, sustainable development, and organic farming."
