Steamed Herbal Chicken

Ingredients
4 drumsticks (Remove skin)
Kei chee
Black raisins
Tong kwai
Chicken stock
Seasoning
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
Salt

Method
Wrap all the ingredients in aluminium foil. Steam in high heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with rice. Instant quick meal for lazy days.
